Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA). Please check with your local and state
laws, any test done previously is good for 6-12 months in most areas.
* List of any immunizations and/or any medications
your horse may need.
** BRAND INSPECTIONS

brand inspection to be done. This is done to show that the horse's brand
is legally transferring ownership. This is only necessary if the state
of origin requires this. The following are the states that require such
